Nintendo has just revealed more information regarding YO-KAI WATCH 2 in their latest Nintendo Direct and in the official YW2 site:
In the new Psychic Specters version of Yo-kai Watch 2, there are even more quests to do. These new quests generally explore the past of some of the main characters of Yo-kai Watch 2 such as Dame Dedtime, Whisper, and Darknyan. There are also some wacky new side quests to do such as a directing a movie with the Yo-kai Director. If you are curious to know more about these characters, then this version is for you!
There is also access to many locations that have not appeared in Bony Spirits and Fleshy Souls. A different kind of train appears in the Train Station of Springdale, called the Hexpress. This train is full of troubling Yo-kai riding aboard where you can access to new areas of the Yo-kai realm.
Psychic Specter also adds new content to the Blasters mode, which adds more new bosses to the table that are ramped up more in difficulty. If you own Fleshy Souls and/or Bony Spirits, you can download a new 2.0 update on the eShop right now (6000+ blocks required) to play the new mode.
In addition, there are also new Yo-kai to befriend (Such as Komasan S and Jibanyan S) and special unlockable content if you connect all three versions of YW2. By having these versions, you have access to an exclusive dungeon that lets you befriend extremely rare Yo-kai such as the Gemnyans, Orcanos, and much more.
